Membership Fees :

Annual subscription from each member is as follows:

Investor	Rs. 50-100 crores (Rs. 500 million-1 billion) funds under management	Rs. 75,000
Investor	Rs. 20-50 crores (Rs. 200-500 million) funds under management	Rs. 50,000
Investor	Upto Rs. 20 crores (Rs. 200 million) funds under management	Rs. 30,000
Investor	Institutional Investors	Rs. 1,00,000
Corporate	N/A	Rs. 30,000
Affiliate	N/A	Rs. 20,000

In addition to the above dues, a one time membership enrollment fee of Rs. 5000/- would be charged to cover administration costs for new member enrollment. A service tax @ 12.36% would also be leviable on the membership fee as well as the enrollment fee, wherever applicable.

Note :

All payments in Rupees are to be made in cheque, payable to “Indian Venture Capital Association”. All payments in Foreign Currency are to be made in US$ by converting US$ to the Indian Rupee @ rate of Rs.40/- to the dollar.
