Membership Category and Fees

Membership Fees :

Annual subscription from each member is as follows:

Funds

Rs. 5 lakhs if global fund is greater than $5 billion, or Indian portfolio value is above $500 million
Rs. 2 lakhs if global fund is between $2 billion & $5 billion, or Indian fund is between $200 & $500 million.
Rs. 1 lakh for other PE/VC funds.

Service Providers

Rs. 5 lakhs if global revenues are greater than $200 million, or Indian revenues greater than Rs. 50 crores
Rs. 2 lakhs if global revenues are between $100 & $200 million, or Indian revenues between Rs. 20 & Rs. 50 crores.
Rs. 1 lakh for other service providers.

Note :

All payments in Rupees are to be made in cheque, payable to “ Venture Capital Association ”. All payments must be in Indian Rupees.”
Membership Fee is excluding of applicable service tax.
