Course
description |
|
|
| The IVCA-EVCA Foundation Course for Investment
Professionals is a three-day training program designed for early-career
practioners. The modules of this course have been specifically designed
to offer participants an overview and a broad understanding of the
different milestones and processes in private equity and venture capital
investment. |
|
|
| The
course is divided into two parts: |
|
|
- The first two days of the Training Program
will focus on VC/PE introduction and academic tutorial, due
diligence, legal aspects, creating value and exits.
|
- The second part of the Program, the third
day, is a one day course on EVCA Guidelines, Valuation &
Valuation Guidelines, Reporting, Corporate Governance and Governing
Principals.
